I remember distinctly my introduction to Hollis Brookline High School.
Rewind to four years ago, when as a clueless and timid freshman, I settled into the center row of plush seats in the dimly lit auditorium, observed the upperclassmen and waited for high school to begin.
My principal stood with a microphone and welcomed everyone back from our summer break. He then addressed the freshman class and said, âJust wait: The years will fly by. Before you know it, you all will be seniors.â
At that moment, I couldnât imagine remembering my locker combination, let alone graduating from high school. Now fast forward to today, June 17, 2012.
