Mayor honored at Nashua AARP induction ceremony

NASHUA – Nashua Chapter 622 of the AARP held its induction of officers on March 8 at the Holiday Inn. A presentation was made to Mayor Donnalee Lozeau for her support of Nashua area seniors. Geraldine Porter, of the Nashua/Milford AARP chapter, was the initiating sponsor of the award. Officers of Nashua chapter for 2012 are President Peter Desautels, Treasurer George Rothwell, board members Ruth Morgan and Mary Zaremba, Secretary Maida Sengupta and Vice President Jacqueline Lindbloom. The president of New Hampshire AARP, Fred Kocher, presided, and state dignitaries Kelley Clark and Sarah Kelsea also attended.
