New role for historic Hudson landmark

HUDSON – The town of Hudson has a long and rich library history dating back to 1797 when the Nottingham West Library was established. A major part of that history is the Hills Memorial Library Building, which was built in the early 1900s as gift to the town from Dr. Alfred Hills in memory of his wife, Virginia, on land donated by the Kimball Webster family. The Hills Building was designed by nationally recognized architect Hubert G.
