When I entered Nashua Christian Academy late on Monday morning, all I could think about was getting to my first class.
I needed to snatch a few minutes to study before taking my calculus test, and I knew that if I didnât get in there quickly enough, I wouldnât do very well.
I hurried up the stairs and arrived on the floor to find backpacks sitting by the lockers, but no students. Confusion turned into relief when I realized that I wasnât missing calculus. I had forgotten once again that we have chapel first period on Monday mornings.
Chapel on April 2 was a little different than usual. Messianic Jewish Rabbi-in-training Nathan Joiner had come to NCA to host a Seder meal for us.
A Seder meal is eaten in Jewish homes on Passover to commemorate the exodus of the Jews from Egypt.
