Former Nashuan named NH Homeland Security assistant director

PLYMOUTH – Plymouth Police Chief Steven Temperino, formerly of Nashua, was named assistant director of Homeland Security and Emergency Management with the New Hampshire Department of Safety. Temperino was confirmed by Gov. John Lynch and the Executive Council to the position beginning Saturday, Feb. 25. Temperino is a graduate of Nashua High School, Plymouth State College and the FBI National Academy.
