Hunt to host ‘personal retrospective’ about Nashua

NASHUA – Do you know what home in Nashua had a turntable in the floor of the garage? Or where the “refrigerator king” lived in town? Do you want to find out how many train stations served the city at one time? If so, come to the first lecture of the Nashua Lyceum Series at the Hunt Memorial Building at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29. The topic is “Our Town Nashua: An 80-Year Personal Retrospective,” and it features storyteller Robert “Bob” Sampson, a lifelong resident. Sampson loves to share stories about the town he loves.
