VFW to hold final events at location

NASHUA – Nashua VFW Post 483 is preparing for its final four events before moving from its location at 2 Quincy St. The building recently was sold to the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter because the expenses to maintain it were costing the organization more than it was able to bring in on a monthly basis. A new location has not yet been found. The VFW is hoping for support from all veterans and their families in Greater Nashua, along with other residents, to help make these final events a huge success: The Ladies Auxiliary will host a Valentine’s Dinner Dance, postponed from Feb. 9, from 6-11 p.m. Saturday, Feb.
