MILFORD â More than 10 local nonprofit organizations will receive $500 donations in 2013 thanks to Sanford Temperature Control in Milford.
The donations will be granted as part of the new Sanford Community Commitment charity program. Nonprofits all around southern New Hampshire are invited to participate.
âOur business is supported by the residents of southern New Hampshire, and we feel it is important to give back to the community,â said Kelsey Sanford, marketing director for Sanford Temperature Control. âWe are very appreciative of the role our nonprofits play in the lives of our citizens and are delighted to be able to offer assistance with this new program.â
Sanford Temperature Control will donate $500 each month. Nonprofit organizations in southern New Hampshire can be nominated to win the $500 by filling out the form on the Sanford Community Commitment Web page or by being recommended by residents on the same page.
âWe wanted the program to be community-focused and the local nonprofits to be chosen by our local residents,â said Dale Sanford, owner of Sanford Temperature Control.
