Eric K. Pauer, of Brookline, was recently promoted to the rank of colonel at the Massachusetts National Guard Joint Force Headquarters in Milford, Mass.
Pauer has served in the Massachusetts Air National Guard for 24 years. He is director of logistics and engineering.
Pauer earned a Bachelor of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science from Northeastern University.
