NASHUA â The Telegraph Santa Fund is offering more chances for people to sign up for help this year, and this time through two agencies.
The sign-ups begin next week at the Salvation Army and the Front Door Agency, which have worked with The Telegraph to distribute gifts to families in need around the holidays.
Last year, Santa and his elves worked overtime to bring holiday cheer to local families as the Santa Fund reached a record total of almost $119,000. And that only represented cash donations from the community. In all, gifts were distributed to more than 1,150 families with about 3,500 children.
Families are invited to sign up for assistance at either agency. Applicants are asked not to bring children with them to register and to only sign up at one location.
Sign-ups will take place at these locations and times:
The Salvation Army, Community Center annex, 6 Dickerman Ave.
