MILFORD â The Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley will host a Healthy Communities event from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at 56 Mont Vernon St.
The event is geared to encourage communities members to be healthy and active by learning to eat nutritionally, manage stress, maintain physical fitness, and learn about recycling, up-cycling and safety.
The trade-show-style event will provide vendors promotional opportunities for $50. Attendees will have the chance to meet vendors, enjoy food from local farmers, and participate in fun and educational activities.
