This trip was organized in collaboration with the Advanced Placement English literature and composition classes, which consist only of seniors. The itinerary highlights historic sites and settings relevant to the British literature read and discussed in class. Students will have the opportunity to visit a number of attractions, such as Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Shakespeare’s famous Globe Theater. “I think it will be a great experience to visit the places I’ve read and learned about through my English and history classes in high school,” AP literature student Jackie Gillis said prior to the trip.
