Four officers from the Nashua Police Department will embark May 9 on a grueling bike ride from ground zero in New York City to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C.
Sgt. Keith Dillon, Detective Alex Gorman, and Officers Todd Moriarty and John Cinelli will participate in the Police Unity Tour with Chapter 37 out of New York City. Also joining the team is Milford Police Sgt. Sean Plumer.
The officers train for months to complete this marathon ride for one reason: to remember those who gave their lives in the line of duty.
