Nashua kids with heart participate in fundraising event

NASHUA – Students at Amherst Street Elementary School jumped all over heart disease and stroke by participating in Jump Rope For Heart from Feb. 14-16. The students raised more than $2,500 for the American Heart Association, which funds research, programs and education to fight heart disease and stroke, the country’s No. 1 and No. 3 killers.
