If you live anywhere near Exit 4 in Nashua or have strolled along the paths in Mine Falls over the past two weeks, chances are you have been looking for Sam. Sam, a Retriever-mix dog, was adopted from the Humane Society for Greater Nashua on Friday, March 16.
On March 17, he jumped over his new fence in the backyard and was gone.
Julie, his new owner called us for help. Nothing about this situation is typical. Sam was at the shelter for 10-plus weeks waiting for his new family.![]()
