Hampton plunges aid Special Olympics

Hundreds of people will be headed to Hampton Beach in February to plunge into the Atlantic Ocean. Individuals will be participating in the fourth annual High School Plunge on Saturday, Feb. 4, and the 13th annual Penguin Plunge on Sunday, Feb. 5, to benefit Special Olympics New Hampshire. “Participating in the Penguin Plunge is an exciting way for people, businesses and high schools to raise money for the athletes of Special Olympics,” said Mary Conroy, president of the Special Olympics New Hampshire.
