CONCORD – Community Bridges, an agency that connects individuals with disabilities and their families with resources that help them achieve positive growth and change, hosted an award ceremony on Jan. 19 at the Grappone Conference Center to recognize employees for their service. The first award for 25 years of service was presented to Ann Potoczak, director of quality assurance and community services. Darlene Bailey, Sara Roberge, Cynthia Sbat and Carolyn Sheehan were recognized for 15 years of service, Tracey Lonergan was recognized for 10 years of service and 34 other employees were recognized for five and three years of service. “Ann has demonstrated remarkable commitment to our mission at Community Bridges and to the people and families we serve,” said Roy Gerstenberger, executive director. “For the past 25 years, she has devoted her time, energy, expertise and enthusiasm to making a difference in our community. We are so proud of her and all she has helped us accomplish. “We value all of our employees, and we work hard to create an environment that encourages our employees to grow and stay with us for many, many years.”
