Well, the final tally has come in for the YouYou Golf Tournament. Actually, it came in a month ago, but I had other columns to write during Christmastime.
To refresh your memory, the Wu family, who owns YouYou Japanese Bistro, decided they wanted to have a golf tournament for a worthy cause. They picked Chapter 7 Disabled American Veterans in Nashua.
The tournament was run by George Tibbetts, a well-known athlete and businessman from Nashua. He put a team together to run the tournament and also got all the giveaways and the gifts for the silent auction.
