NASHUA â The Breakfast Exchange Club of Nashua is accepting nominations for its annual Book of Golden Deeds Award.
This award is given to honor a person, group of people or organization who unselfishly donate their time, talent and energy to help improve the quality of life of seniors in Greater Nashua.
âPeople volunteer for a number reasons, but the biggest reason is to make a difference in the lives of others,â said Richard Sullivan, president of The Breakfast Exchange of Nashua. âThe goal of the Book of Golden Deeds is to recognize and honor those who give everything they have â and then some. They are the ones that make the rest of us realize how much more we can do.â
For more information about the Book of Golden Deeds or for a nomination form, contact Frank Belfsky, Living at Home Senior Care, at 546-6060 or frank@lah seniorcare.com. Forms are due by Monday, May 13.
The Breakfast Exchange Club helps local nonprofit agencies with programs that support seniors, such as working with Meals on Wheels to deliver flags to veterans on Veterans Day.
