Hudson Grange 11 nominated Dr. Griffin Dalianis for the Veteran of the Year Award, and at the state convention in October, Grange members were pleased to hear he would be receiving this statewide award. The ceremony happened to be the same day as our notorious Halloween snowstorm so Dalianis was unable to attend the event held in Gorham. Hudson Grange officers made arrangements so he could receive it at the local Grange Hall on Windham Road in Hudson.
Among the qualifications that earned him the award was the fact that he volunteers much of his free time to help veterans and their families.![]()
