Many talented and hardworking Campbell High School students received the honor of being inducted into the National Honor Society on Jan. 10.
The service was held in the auditorium at 6 p.m. Most attendees were new members and their families; however, returning members were also invited, especially because the officers each had to make a speech at the ceremony.
The new members inducted were Heather Baron, Aaron Bonneau, Benjamin Billings, Savannah Cavanaugh, Andrew DiCola, Joshua Flynn, Erin Frost, Molly Gillespie, Brianna Hardy, Caitlin Heaton, Erin Kelley, Rebecca Landrau, Nicole Lavacchia, Amanda Miller, Jacob Morgan, Adam Mullen, Alyson OâDonnell, Lee Nordyke, Sarah Pacheco, Emily Paquin, Jacob Parzych, Andrew Picard, Joshua Rand, Leah Stagnone and Kendra Syphers.
The ceremony was opened with the members, returning and new, proceeding down the aisles, each holding a candle. Once they reached the front of the stage, they placed their candles around the small tribute to the pillars of the National Honor Society.
After the inductees took their seats in the first few rows of the auditorium, the ceremony began with the advisers welcoming everyone.
