Nashua Elks Memorial Sunday honors those who have defended country

NASHUA – The first Sunday in December each year is set aside as Elks Memorial Sunday and is observed by every Elks lodge in the country. The purpose of this annual service is “to honor the memory of absent members and those who lost their lives in defense of our country.” The Nashua Lodge of Elks Memorial Services will be held in the Elks Lodge Room on Daniel Webster Highway South at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2.
