Holiday Toy Store in Milford seeks donations for families in need

MILFORD – The Holiday Toy Store is in its 25th year of serving families with financial need from Brookline, Mont Vernon, Milford and Amherst. This event will be held Tuesday-Wednesday, Dec. 11-12, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall, Harley Sanford Post, 14 Perkins St, Milford. At the store, families in need will have the chance to choose free holiday gifts for their children from newborn through age 15. This is a community effort that brings nonprofit organizations, businesses, churches and individuals together to enrich the lives of those less fortunate. Organizers of the Holiday Toy Store are asking for support with a monetary donation or by dropping off a new, unwrapped toy. The monetary donation is tax-deductible and is requested by Monday, Dec. 3.
