Senior center plans fundraising evening

NASHUA – The Nashua Senior Activity Center presents Journeys of a Lifetime, an evening that spotlights Senior Activity Center members’ achievements and service to others throughout their lives. The senior center will spotlight extraordinary seniors – Nancy and Kauno Rahala, Pauline and Peter Desautels, Richard White, Lorraine Corcoran and Hal Weisse. The event from 5:30-9 p.m. Friday , at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua, will include dinner, entertainment by Jazz First, and silent and live auctions.  The goal of the event, chaired by Carla Bech-Hansen, is to raise $20,000 through sponsorships, ticket sales, auctions and donations.
