BEDFORD â Ameriprise Financial recently awarded a $5,000 grant to the Anne-Marie House, a Hudson-based nonprofit organization.
The grant will support the Anne-Marie Houseâs transitional housing program for local homeless children and families.
The organization was recommended for the grant by Bob Bonfiglio, a local Ameriprise financial adviser.
âAmeriprise Financial is dedicated to supporting organizations like Anne-Marie House that share our goal of improving lives and building strong communities,â Bonfiglio said. âIâm proud to play a role in supporting this worthwhile cause.â
Ameriprise Financial awards grants three times annually under the companyâs three funding platforms â Meeting Basic Needs, Supporting Community Vitality and Volunteer Driven Causes.
The grant received by the Anne-Marie House is one of 63 awarded to organizations across the country during the companyâs recent funding cycle.
